Columbia and Union and Louisiana, including the following
parishes, Bienville, Caldwell, Claiborne, Grant, Jackson, La
Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Union, Webster
and Winn.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
